Go Down Hard by Ali Seay

𝘎𝘰 𝘋𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘥⁣

by Ali Seay⁣

When Meg moves into her new house, she notices her only neighbor watching her unpack. That may be a problem. You see, Meg is a serial killer. Meg finds men that victimize women and takes care of them and this house was supposed to be her secluded kill house. But she's good at what she does so she's not too worried. Soon she finds out something unexpected, that her new neighbor, Jack, is also a cold-blooded killer. Immediately, they are attracted to each other but neither knows if they want to make kissy faces or murder faces. Maybe both.⁣

I had a great time with this book. It's written from the perspective of both Meg and Jack with chapters hopping back and forth between them. Normally, I'm not a fan of this type of thing but Ali Seay makes it work! Both Meg and Jack have distinctive voices so I never got lost as to whose head I was in. Meg gets more of a back story and it's difficult to read but you can almost understand why she does what she does.⁣

𝘎𝘰 𝘋𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘥 is gripping from beginning to end and I absolutely cannot wait for the next book from this author. If you like YOU by Caroline Kepnes but thought it could use another psychopath, this book is for you. 5⭐⁣

Thank you to Night Worms, Ali Seay, and Grindhouse Press for sending me a copy for review. I LOVED it.
